🌛🎹🎷Reissue with a good backstory, as all good reissues tend to have nowadays. After taking up residence in the Intergalactic studios and using old soundproofing foam for a bed, Zieman got to work on the (dearly beloved) Fairlight CMI synthesiser. This compilation mostly consists of wonky lo-fi pop from the mid 1980s and feels like the sort of music from of one of Jim Jarmusch’s early films. Recommended if you like anything from Arthur Russell to Lounge Lizards. 🥁🌃🚬🍎
