☄️🌳Psychedelic folk ambience that paradoxically sounds as though it is from a medieval/other time long ago and from an alternate future. With an almost devotional type of singing, pedal steel guitar and synthesisers, it’s a difficult album to describe. It brings to mind Nico’s Desert Shore or Marble Index, although is not as gloomy. Glory Days, also has a Popol Vuh-like quality of epic/engulfing soundscapes, that are serene to the point of being unnerving. 🌞🐍🐐
